The role involves working in a fast-paced, creative design environment with tight deadlines. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will develop production-ready design concepts primarily for the Packaging division, focusing on creative, cost-effective solutions within manufacturing capabilities across diverse materials.

Essential Skills

• Excellent cardboard engineering skills
• Proficiency in CAD and CNC hardware (preferably Kasemake; Aritios or Impact advantageous)
• Experience with production techniques and parameters; multi-point experience is a plus
• Artwork application skills (desirable)
• Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
