Amazon is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team as Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM). The role involves leading design, facility, and engineering activities within Amazon's Fulfillment Network across EMEA. The position can be based in Luxembourg, London, or Madrid, with occasional travel. Reporting to the Head of Global Building Design & Engineering in Luxembourg, the successful candidate will develop and manage structural engineering programs to optimize safety and efficiency of facilities. Collaboration with stakeholders on fire protection design specifications is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive project and program management experience, practical structural engineering knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, technical environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement cost-saving initiatives.
You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Timber, Metal, and Concrete structures, supporting the structural solutions for prototype templates and working with Global Realty teams such as Sustainability, Preconstruction, and Construction.
The TIPM will lead structural design initiatives across EMEA, track key metrics, serve as a consulting SME to stakeholders, build business cases, and develop scalable technologies by understanding industry trends.
