This Civil/Structural consulting engineering firm has been established for 25 years and has a profitable business with a diverse project portfolio across London and the South East. They are seeking an Associate Director who is interested in becoming a partner of the practice in the future.

Led by a management team of 2 partners, they have maintained a very successful business with a reputation for project delivery and employee experience, ensuring a relaxed and positive environment that allows for professional and personal development.

As part of their succession planning, the company is now seeking an Associate Director to ensure the management team can maintain and grow the business going forward.

The incoming engineer will join as an associate with the intention to progress into becoming a full partner in the near future. The company is profitable, has plenty of clients, and their reputation precedes them, ensuring new work is always available.
