Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is partnering with a London-based structural engineering consultancy in Putney to recruit a Structural Engineer with 3–4 years of experience. The role supports chartership progress and offers mentorship from Chartered Engineers.

Responsibilities include design calculations, client liaison, and site involvement across hospitality, education, commercial, healthcare and residential projects. Hybrid working is possible; salary ranges £35,000–£50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Actively working towards ICE or IStructE chartership.
• Experience in structural design and design calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Liaising with clients and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural design calculations and technical information.
• Develop practical, creative and cost-effective structural solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other project team members.
• Liaise with clients and attend client meetings.
• Attend site visits and site meetings.
• Work on projects from concept through to completion.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
