We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of both modern engineering practices and traditional construction techniques, with proven experience in sensitive and technically demanding restoration projects.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

The project involves a building of high historical value and presents a variety of structural pathologies that require thorough and specialised assessment.

  • Conducting a full structural assessment of the existing building
  • Identifying and analysing both visible and hidden structural pathologies
  • Performing foundation and geotechnical investigations
  • Collaborating with heritage and conservation authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations
  • Working closely with architectural and restoration teams to ensure technical consistency throughout the renovation process
