Structural Design Engineer - Heritage and Conservation Projects • Permanent • Central London • £38,000 - £48,000 + annual bonus (10%) + benefits

This established, prestigious Central London consultancy requires a Structural (Conservation) design Engineer to join the well-established and expanding Heritage team.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural design and assessment for heritage and conservation projects, including refurbishment, conservation, and adaptive reuse.
• Apply knowledge of all structural materials on existing and new build projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on projects ranging to £50 million in value.
• Participate in project teams across London and the South East.
• Support chartership and CARE accreditation through the practice's training programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Structural Consultancy experience with good design skills.
• Strong theoretical and practical background in structural materials for heritage projects (existing and new builds).
