An outstanding opportunity with a 90-strong top-tier structural consultancy in Central London has opened up. They are shortlisting candidates soon and are looking for an experienced Junior Building Structures Engineer to join their dedicated building structures team.

You will join a team established for over a decade, led by a founding director who is FIStructE and highly supportive. You will work as a design engineer on various building projects, including stadia, hotels, multi-storey residential structures, and artistic installations. As you progress, you'll be given more responsibilities and opportunities to develop into a project engineer.

Your role will involve designing with traditional materials (using hand calculations and design software), attending site and design meetings, and liaising with contractors under the guidance of senior team members.

Applicants should have an outstanding academic background (2:1 or better MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering) and at least 12 months of experience with a UK-based structural consultancy working on similar projects as a design or graduate engineer.

The company cannot sponsor overseas candidates, so applicants must be eligible to work in the UK long-term.
