The Role

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team in Manchester. We are well known locally for working on large residential developments, education and healthcare buildings, and a large life sciences development.

Day to day, you’ll be developing early-stage concept designs and also reviewing and quality-checking drawing information before it is issued. You’ll also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior staff and leading on parts of projects or small projects, building your project leadership skills.

You will also contribute to project meetings, both during the early design stages and through the construction stage.

The Right Fit

Someone with experience in developing structural concept designs in a variety of materials from early stages through to construction, and delivering project work under limited or no supervision.

You will be actively working under a recognized professional institution training pathway.

Above all, the right fit will be guided by what is right when making decisions, who recognizes the contribution of others, and shares their successes. Someone who is kind, conscientious, and takes pride in their work and the legacy our profession leaves for everyone.
