ICE Recruit is assisting a client in the St Albans outskirts to recruit a Structural Engineer. The role focuses on designing, analysing and ensuring buildings are safe, stable and sustainable, with a strong technical foundation and ability to apply engineering standards.

Qualifications

They are seeking a structural engineer who will be responsible for designing, analysing and ensuring buildings and other structures are safe, stable and sustainable. You will be strong technically and able to apply engineering standards to develop cost effective solutions.

Confidence is a must as you will collaborate with other disciplines, both internally and externally. You will play a key role in meeting project deadlines and supporting sustainable practices. Previous experience working on data centres would be an advantage.

You will possess a degree in civil or structural engineering and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD, with experience in design project management being an advantage.

Your strong mathematical skills are important for structural analysis and system design tasks.
