Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in London SW9 seeks a Structural Engineer to join our small, friendly team. You will work on varied London-scale projects, from 28m value, using steel, concrete and masonry, with hands-on design and occasional site visits.The role requires strong English communication and, ideally, Chartered or nearing Chartered status, with proficiency in AutoCAD. You will contribute to design, prepare reports, and fit into an office-based, supportive environment.

Structural Engineer

Small, friendly, busy and well established structural engineering consultancy require another pair of hands to join their small and busy structural team!

You should be an experienced buildings designer, a good all rounder, able to work on London cut and carve projects of varying sizes and values involving steel, concrete and masonry. Projects cover a variety of sectors such as medical buildings, care homes, refits, high end residential, mixed use and commercial buildings. Projects can go up to £28m in value.

Ideally you will be able to use Autocad, and will be Chartered or nearing this status.

You should be a flexible all rounder, experienced enough to hit the ground running. The role will involve hands on design, site inspections and some report writing as well. Good English and communication skills are essential.
