Aldwych Consulting Ltd is a small, friendly structural engineering consultancy seeking an experienced buildings designer to join their busy team in London. The role requires hands-on design across steel, concrete and masonry, with site inspections and report writing as part of the day-to-day work.

You should be Chartered or nearing this status, able to hit the ground running, and comfortable working on a range of sectors including medical, care, residential and commercial.

Small, friendly, busy and well established structural engineering consultancy require another pair of hands to join their small and busy structural team!

You should be an experienced buildings designer, a good all rounder, able to work on London cut and carve projects of varying sizes and values involving steel, concrete and masonry. Projects cover a variety of sectors such as medical buildings, care homes, refits, high end residential, mixed use and commercial buildings. Projects can go up to £28m in value.

Ideally you will be able to use Autocad, and will be Chartered or nearing this status.

You should be a flexible all rounder, experienced enough to hit the ground running. The role will involve hands on design, site inspections and some report writing as well. Good English and communication skills are essential.
