Within our Design team, the Structural Engineer will support structural design elements on projects.

What You’ll Do

• Adhere to the Integrated Management System
• Undertake concept designs and planning projects at the concept stage for various buildings
• Produce Structural Engineering calculations for light gauge steel frames, hot rolled members, and composite floor slabs
• Deliver quality project work within deadlines and budget
• Interact with clients and project team members
• Keep management informed of key design decisions to meet company and client objectives
• Represent Remagin in meetings with clients and suppliers alongside senior team members
• Understand detailed design processes, including software use, process adherence, and manufacturing information production
• Conduct site visits as required

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Structural Engineer, preferably in steel design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Tekla & AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with senior engineers and external designers to develop solutions
• Bachelor’s degree (BEng/BSc) or Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) meeting the requirements for Chartership
