Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. (Cambridge) is seeking a Structural Engineer with 2+ years' experience to join their new Cambridge office. You will take ownership of designs and contribute to building structures projects across commercial, residential, and education sectors.

You'll work closely with an energetic Director, enjoy a competitive £38k-£45k salary plus benefits, and have the flexibility to work from home two days a week as the team expands and the office grows its portfolio and reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in structural engineering.
• Familiar with the Cambridge area preferred.
• Experience across building structures (commercial, residential, education).

We are working with a highly successful structural engineering practice who have recently opened the doors to their brand-new Cambridge office.

They are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join the team - someone who has at least 2 years' experience and is familiar with the Cambridge area ideally.

Working closely with an energetic and forward-thinking Director, you'll be at the heart of the expansion, helping to establish the office's reputation and grow its portfolio of building structures projects. You'll take ownership of designs and bring fresh ideas and technical flair to everything you do.

You will have broad experience across all kinds of building structures - commercial, residential, education, or something in between. You'll be confident using Tekla Structural Designer and Tedds, and you'll bring that combination of technical expertise, creativity, and communication skills that make projects flow smoothly and clients come back for more.
