We Are Looking For A Senior / Associate Structural Engineer Who:
- Has strong experience within UK building structures consultancy.
- Is ideally Chartered with the IStructE or working towards Chartership.
- Has experience across a range of structural materials and building types.
- Can confidently take technical ownership of projects and provide guidance to more junior engineers.
- Is comfortable working predominantly from the Cambridge office and recognises the value of being present to support and supervise the wider team.
- Has the ambition to progress with a growing consultancy.
- Ideally has an established network within the industry and the commercial awareness to help the business develop further.
As The Successful Senior / Associate Structural Engineer, You Will:
- Lead the structural design and delivery of a varied portfolio of building projects.
- Work across projects ranging from residential developments and house extensions to university, college and student accommodation schemes.
- Deliver structural engineering solutions for refurbishment, barn conversions and existing building projects.
- Undertake structural surveys and prepare reports on existing properties.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians within the team.
- Take responsibility for the quality and technical delivery of your projects.
- Work closely with Directors and senior members of the business to help shape the continued growth of the structural team.
- Develop into a key member of the business with the opportunity for long-term progression.
