We’re working with a well-established engineering consultancy based in Bromsgrove, who are looking to strengthen their structures team with the addition of a Structural Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of post-grad experience looking to step into a more involved design and client-facing role with support from senior staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Undertaking structural design calculations, reports and specifications
• Completing site visits, surveys and client meetings
• Liaising with Senior Engineers for mentoring and technical development
• Coordinating with technicians and checking drawings against calculations
• Managing work efficiently, keeping projects on track and aligned with expectations

What we’re looking for:

• 3 years+ post-grad experience in UK structural engineering
• Familiarity with Tekla Building Designer, Tedds and IDEA StatiCa (training to be provided)
• Strong communication skills and confident working with clients
• Proactive and organised approach to working
