Structural Engineer

Location: Bath and Bristol

Salary: up to £40,000

Are you an experienced structural engineer who has worked on a mix of residential and commercial structural design looking for opportunities in Bath or Bristol?

I am currently looking for an individual who can design in steel, concrete, and masonry and has worked on UK-based projects. Our client works on small to medium scale projects up to the value of around £20 million. With a chartered engineer in the office, you will be in good hands and offered support and guidance to become Chartered with IStructE.

In order to be considered for this Structural Engineer role you will:

1. Have gained a degree in civil or structural engineering
2. 3-4 years experience as a minimum in building structures design
3. Experience using CAD; TEKLA/TEDDS would be beneficial
4. You will have previously worked on UK-based projects
5. You will feel comfortable designing in contemporary materials
6. You will work well as part of a small, close-knit design team
7. Strong communication skills
8. Ideally, you will live within an hour's commute of the office, but we can also consider candidates relocating
