Established consulting engineering firm is seeking an experienced Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in structural building design, diagnosing building defects, and setting out repair specifications. The role is based in Buckinghamshire with some remote work opportunities. As a senior member of a small team, there are clear opportunities for career progression.

Requirements include at least 5 years of senior-level experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized practice, with demonstrable people management skills and success in business development. The candidate should be capable of managing projects from inception to completion, including forensic building defect surveys and reporting.

As a Chartered Structural Engineer, you will mentor graduate engineers and support company management. The role is suitable for individuals currently working as a Chartered Structural or Civil Engineer, living within a commutable distance of Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Watford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Oxford, Reading, Slough, or willing to relocate.
