The Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Research Nurse to co-ordinate and deliver stroke research trials at Charing Cross Hospital. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage a portfolio of studies, ensure participant safety, and meet national milestones such as study setup and first patient recruitment.

• Proven leadership in clinical research settings.
• Experience with stroke research pathways and trial delivery.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Knowledge of study setup, approvals, and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver stroke research trials.
• Provide line management and leadership for the research team.
• Ensure participant safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Track feasibility, approvals, site initiation, and recruitment milestones.
• Deliver reports and maintain data quality across databases.
• Engage with NHS trust, sponsors, and collaborators to maintain key relationships.
