Job Title: Stroke Medicine – Consultant

Location: North Wales

Hours per week: Full time, 40 hours

Working days: Monday to Friday

Length of Contract: Ongoing, long-term

Requirements to Apply

• Current General Medical Council registration with a license to practice
• Two recent satisfactory professional references (within the last 12 months)
• PVG Disclosure Scotland clearance
• Occupational Health Clearances from a UK laboratory (documents from outside the UK are not accepted)
• Photo ID, such as a passport with a visible photo
• Proof of right to work in the UK (e.g., LTR/Visa stamp)
