Job description

This role will sit within our acute team and involve supervision responsibilities for junior staff, encouraging leadership development. The role also offers scope to develop the clinical service provided to our stroke patients, including in-patient, out-patient, and group education work for staff and patients.

This position will provide cross cover as required.

Are you an experienced Band 5 Dietitian ready to progress, or an existing Band 6 looking to specialise in stroke care?

Join our team of dedicated professionals to provide personalised patient care, supported by award-winning educators to ensure your ongoing development.

As a Specialist Stroke and Acute Care Dietitian at the Royal Devon for our Northern services, you'll join a small, friendly team based at North Devon District Hospital in Barnstaple.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad clinical experience and develop your future career. You will manage a diverse caseload.

Barnstaple is near surfing beaches and Exmoor National Park, with good road links and rail services to Exeter and beyond.
