Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for strip out and enabling works in London.

You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership to ensure on-time delivery and within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in strip out, strong planning and communication skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering strip out and enabling works.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project controls.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and industry best practice.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages.
• Relevant construction qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of strip out and enabling works projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
