Job summary

FMG RS in Cardiff is seeking a skilled Strip/Fit Technician to dismantle and reassemble vehicles to the highest standards. You will operate in our busy Cardiff workshop, restoring cars to pre-accident condition and delivering exceptional service.

We look for candidates with proven Strip/Fit experience, strong workmanship, and teamwork in fast-paced environments. IMI/NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential; join a company offering excellent benefits and uncapped bonus schemes.

Salary: £22 - £23 per hour basic DOE + uncapped bonus + exceptional company benefits

As a Strip/Fit Technician, you’ll be responsible for dismantling and reassembling vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and care. Working in our Cardiff workshop, you’ll restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

We’re seeking an experienced Strip/Fit Technician who:

• Has proven experience in vehicle repair (Strip/Fit)


• Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail


• Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (IMI/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
