Job summary

FMG RS in Cardiff is hiring a Strip/Fit Technician to dismantle and reassemble vehicles to the highest standards in our busy workshop. You will restore vehicles to pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect. We value proven experience in Strip/Fit, high-quality workmanship, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

IMI/NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential. We offer a fantastic basic salary plus uncapped bonuses and a comprehensive benefits

Salary: £22 - £23 per hour basic DOE + uncapped bonus + exceptional company benefits

As a Strip/Fit Technician, you’ll be responsible fordismantling and reassembling vehiclesto the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and care. Working in our Cardiff workshop, you’ll restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

We’re seeking an experienced Strip/Fit Technician who:

• Has proven experience in vehicle repair (Strip/Fit)

• Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

• Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (IMI/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
