Qualifications

Job description

Looking for an exciting opportunity in the nuclear industry? This offer is made for you! We are seeking talented engineers who want to work in the biggest projects and are not afraid of new challenges.

JOB POSITION: Stress Engineer - On Site.

KEY INFORMATION:

  • Science, mechanical engineering degree,
  • 3-6 years of experience,
  • Management, coordination,
  • 2D & 3D CAD software knowledge,
  • NavisWorks, PIPESTRESS or ANSYS.
  • Electrical supports, cable tray calculations experience.

EXPERTISE:

  • Responding to site queries and performing mechanical stress analyses,
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and proposing modifications,
  • Ensuring compliance with client procedures and working with CAD designers on design drawings,
  • Gathering input data, updating reports, and clarifying issues with installation contractors and other disciplines,
  • Performing calculations for cable trays, electrical supports, and resolving technical issues,
  • Suggesting modifications when sizing criteria are not met,
  • Closing open points and reviewing modifications from stakeholders,
  • Conducting feasibility assessments and reviewing subcontracted work,
  • Proposing improvements to incomplete studies.
