Do you have the passion and resilience to inspire families to make positive changes? We're looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Strengthening Families Practitioner to join our friendly, hard-working team. Based at one of our Family Hubs in the North of the county, you'll use your skills to engage with parents, children and young people, helping them to improve life chances and achieve better outcomes.
You'll carry your own caseload, delivering one-to-one structured family support as either a lead professional or co-worker, always working in partnership with other agencies. No two days are the same - but every day your work will matter.
