Pinson TM Limited are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives and Drivers with experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading Traffic Management clients in the UK.

Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow at sites, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring health and safety compliance while meeting targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales
• Setting up traffic lights
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects
