OCU Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Streetworks Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis, based in our Leeds, Seacroft office.
This role offers weekend hours, making it ideal for university students looking to earn extra income alongside their studies. However, we welcome applications from anyone seeking part-time weekend work, whether you're looking to gain experience, supplement your income, or balance work with other commitments.
Working pattern consists of:
Friday - 12:30pm – 16:30pm / Saturday - 8:00am – 16:00pm / Sunday- 8:00am – 16:00pm
Why join us?
This role will involve handling Streetworks notices, making sure they meet current regulations. You’ll also check client systems to meet any specific needs and keep in touch with operational staff to support smooth project delivery. Part of your job will include recording and updating data in work management systems, keeping clients informed with regular updates, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place before work starts.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with streetworks coordination, liaising with the council and organising permits for work. However, we are open to applications from candidates with the below attributes:
