Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to manage and oversee streetworks activities, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient project delivery. You will coordinate complex programs, liaise with authorities and contractors, and review plans with electrical components in mind.

You will join a team focused on safe, well-run urban infrastructure projects, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills. This role is based in Kinmel Bay and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Strong administration experience required.
  • Good knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks (NRSWA) and Traffic Management Act (TMA) necessary.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor streetworks projects, ensuring timely completion and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with contractors, local authorities, utility companies and community stakeholders.
  • Review plans with focus on electrical components in streetworks projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify safety, environmental, and project compliance.
  • Manage permits, documentation and communications for ongoing streetworks.
  • Address issues promptly by coordinating corrective actions and updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of progress, safety incidents and regulatory compliance.

£27,000 - 28,5000 Salary
