We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?
As our Streetworks Coordinator you'll work closely to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including relevant Highway Authorities, internal schedulers, 3rd party contractors and Thames Water operations.

You'll be raising permits and notices in accordance with NRSWA using internal job management systems and Street Manager permit management system. Managing active permits and notices to maintain compliance at all stages of the job, preventing Fixed Penalty notices and overrun charges.
You'll support with customer complaints and escalations as and when requested by Thames Water and Customer Care.
Respond to Highway Authority comments and Modification Requests promptly. Update and report from corporate work management systems to track work progress and maintain an accurate audit trail of permit and notice history.
