Job description

Description

As a TMA/Streetworks Compliance officer, you will provide Streetworks administration support in accordance with business operations and TMA/NRWSA, ensuring we meet service performance standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will action and investigate all S74, FPN and other failure charges, ensuring they comply with all current Streetworks processes and procedures.
  2. You will identify noticing issues and apply early intervention.
  3. You will maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated.
  4. You will provide daily and weekly reports as required to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Ideally, you will have experience working in Utilities previously.
  • Experience in a planning/coordinator role.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work under tight time pressures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Logical mind.
