We deliver essential infrastructure services for life, prioritising safety, client and customer satisfaction in a friendly, fun, and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a leading role in delivering our tech-enabled future.

We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.

This role will be within our private networks team — responsible for finding the best technology, managing assets, and refreshing systems. With 24/7 network operations, we ensure everything runs smoothly, including comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep systems in top shape.

Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Streetworks Coordinator for our Edwalton depot.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing Streetworks activities from the back office. The Streetworks team supports a dynamic telecommunications network for high-profile clients, delivering full fibre internet as part of Government initiatives. The coordinator will manage permit requests to local authorities nationwide.

In a fast-paced environment, you will achieve client KPIs/SLAs, submit Streetworks permits, build strong stakeholder relationships, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records. You will address daily issues, escalate to the Streetworks Manager when necessary, and comply with NRSWA, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety, and environmental policies.

What you’ll bring?

In a dynamic, target-driven environment, you will achieve client KPIs/SLAs by collaborating with local authorities to submit Streetworks permits. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, and keeping accurate records of Streetworks plans, permits, and approvals are essential. You will address daily issues, escalating to the Streetworks Manager when necessary, while adhering to NRSWA, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety, and environmental policies.

We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include:
  • Matched or contributory pension scheme
  • Online GP service, available 24/7
  • Employee assistance programme
  • My Rewards portal, offering access to thousands of retail discounts
  • Life assurance
  • Cycle to work, salary finance, and give as you earn schemes
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
  • Reward and recognition scheme
In addition, this role offers:
  • Health Care Cash Plan, allowing you to claim back medical expenses such as dental, eye care, physiotherapy, and more
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Recommend a friend – get rewarded for introducing new talent!
