Job summary

size? is seeking a talented videographer to join its Creative & Brand team in Manchester. You will shoot, edit and produce culture-led video content that brings our brand, campaigns and community to life across social, digital and marketing channels.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Social, Marketing and Brand teams from concept to delivery, handling camera operation, lighting, audio and post-production. Strong storytelling, technical expertise, and a passion for streetwear and contemporary

Qualifications

• Proven video production experience in agency, studio, or in-house.
• Strong portfolio showing filming, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good understanding of lighting, camera systems and audio recording.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for multiple channels.
• Develop creative concepts and video ideas aligned to campaign objectives.
• Develop creative ideas and visual treatments in collaboration with the wider creative team.
• Operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment in both studio and location environments.
• Manage shoots from pre-production through to final delivery, including planning, equipment and locations.
• Edit and grade content to a high creative standard for different formats and platforms.
• Deliver content to required formats and specifications across digital, social and retail channels.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and creative guidelines.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, marketers and external partners.
• Maintain equipment and support studio operational processes.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new formats.
• Contribute ideas to improve production quality and workflow.
