Job summary

Footasylum is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to elevate the in-store experience in Bromborough. You will engage with customers, style complete outfits, and promote the Footasylum brand with energy and knowledge of streetwear trends.

The role is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week and rotating shifts Monday–Sunday. A strong passion for trainers and fashion, plus a proactive, customer-first attitude, will help you shine in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable; loves starting conversations and building connections.
• Passion for trainers and streetwear fashion and eager to learn more.
• Flexible for evenings/weekends in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Style outfits by creating complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits.
• Know the product, silhouettes, fabrics, care; learn heritage drops and new heat.
• Host launches, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in-store activations.
• Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins.
• Keep visuals on point; stock organized and store looks premium.
