Job summary

Brackenberry Limited is seeking a Street Works Scheduler for a 6-month contract in Cambridgeshire to plan, coordinate and monitor Streetworks and highway activities for the Winter Readiness Project. You will manage work schedules, permits, notices and related documentation to ensure works are delivered on time and in compliance with Streetworks requirements.

The role requires experience coordinating schedules and working with multiple stakeholders, plus strong IT skills (Excel/Outlook).

Qualifications

• Good general IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to undertake relevant Streetworks training where required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Streetworks and highway activities for the Winter Readiness Project.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and Whereabouts to ensure teams, resources and equipment are available when required.
• Submit, manage and monitor Streetworks permits, TTRNs, notices and associated documentation as required.
• Ensure planned works comply with relevant Streetworks requirements and applicable procedures.
• Monitor permit and scheduling information and follow up outstanding actions where necessary.
