Job description

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.

This is a varied and enjoyable role where you will meet people from around the world and help them maximize their visit using our range of tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.

As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering the main tourist attractions in Windsor, providing high-quality service, promoting our products, and offering local advice.

Experience and Skills

  • Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High standards of presentation, punctuality, and ability to work within a team.
  • A passion for sales and a result-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Job Specifics

  • Seasonal short-term contract from now until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
  • Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week.
  • Weekend work is essential.
  • Availability for peak season from April to August.
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour (increasing to £13.52 on 31 March 2025). Commission earnings average between £20 – £40 daily, based on personal sales, with potential for more during spring and summer seasons.
