Job description

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.

This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, or customer service experience.

As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions and provide excellent customer service, including local advice and product promotion.

Experience and Skills
  • Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • A passion for sales and a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
Job Specifics
  • Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
  • Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • Availability for peak season from April to August.
  • Pay Rate: Basic £13/hour, increasing to £13.52/hour from 31 March 2025. Commission earnings vary between £20 and £40 daily, based on personal sales, with potential for higher earnings during peak season.
