Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representatives

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales force. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.

This varied and engaging role involves meeting people from around the world and helping them maximize their visit with our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell tickets for sightseeing tours covering major tourist attractions in Windsor.
  2. Provide high-quality service to customers, including product promotion and local advice.
  3. Represent TOOTBUS London proactively and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion and flair for excellent customer care with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation, punctuality, and teamworking abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Job Details
  • Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
  • Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • Availability during peak season from April to August.
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Potential commission earnings between £20–£40 daily based on sales.
