Job description

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales to boost revenue throughout the season.

Role Overview

This is a varied and engaging role where you will meet people from around the world and assist them in making the most of their visit through our tours and experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell tickets for sightseeing tours covering major tourist attractions in Windsor.
  2. Provide high-quality service to customers, including product promotion and local advice.
  3. Represent TOOTBUS London proactively to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Passion for customer care with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation, punctuality, and teamwork abilities.
  • Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Job Details
  • Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities.
  • Work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
  • Approximately 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • Availability for peak season from April to August is required.
  • Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Commission earnings are possible, averaging £20-£40 daily based on sales.
