We are seeking a qualified and experienced Street Mason to work within our Highways Operations team. You will undertake highway-related operational duties, including the construction and maintenance of footways and carriageways.
You should have experience in highways construction and maintenance, including installing/repairing kerbs, flags, block paving, bituminous surfacing, drainage, manholes/gullies, etc. You must have sound knowledge of construction health and safety, and an understanding of engineering/construction drawings and utility company asset plans. Experience managing a team of maintenance operatives is required, and NRASWA accreditation is essential. Class C1 (over 3.5T) driving license is essential; Class C LGV is an advantage.
