Job summary

E.ON UK is seeking a Street Lighting Electrician to join a team delivering essential street lighting and highway electrical works, from installation and wiring through to maintenance, testing and fault finding.

With training provided, the role includes limited connections to DNO, IDNO and PCN networks, excavation and reinstatement on various surface types, and a strong emphasis on health, safety and PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Street lighting experience and MEWP experience are essential.
• C&G 236, 2365 and 2382 electrical qualifications highly regarded.
• G39 and HEA accreditation are advantageous for the role.

Responsibilities

• The safe use and operation of tools, equipment and vehicles associated with the role.
• Working in a safe manner in accordance with the Company's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Complying with operational working practices and associated risk assessments.
• Taking full ownership for personal Health & Safety responsibilities.
• Ensuring PPE is worn at all times.
