Street Homelessness Service - Rough Sleeper Outreach Manager

We are seeking a proactive and outcome-focused individual to join our Street Homelessness Service as a Rough Sleeper Outreach Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team committed to making a significant impact in ending rough sleeping in Enfield.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Leading and supporting officers in efforts to reduce rough sleeping across Enfield.
2. Engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly those with complex needs who are street homeless or at risk of becoming street homeless.
3. Fostering collaboration with internal and external agencies to ensure comprehensive and effective support.
4. Overseeing the delivery of outreach services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience in managing an outreach team, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating staff.
2. A strong commitment to working with people and a positive, proactive attitude.
3. The ability to handle complex cases with empathy and resilience.
4. Skilled in working with and reporting on data to drive decisions and improve services.
5. Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
