Job summary

AALTO in Farnborough leads in Stratospace; join the Zephyr Programme PMO to support governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, action tracking and programme controls. You will coordinate across PMO, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial to maintain accurate data and dashboards for decision-making.

The role requires strong organisation, analytical capability and attention to detail to manage priorities in a fast-paced programme environment, with a hybrid working pattern

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, business or PM.
• Experience in aerospace/defence PMO, programme controls or project coordination.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk and issue management.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication and data presentation across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of the Zephyr Programme.
• Coordinate inputs from workstream leads and stakeholders.
• Support schedule maintenance, milestone tracking and dependency management.
• Prepare governance inputs, reports, dashboards and review materials.
• Maintain records for risks, decisions, issues, dependencies and actions through to closure.
• Coordinate programme meetings with agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Monitor progress, highlight variances and delivery risks.
• Support PMO process improvements and lessons learned.
