About the role

As a Strategy& Consultant , you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping and supporting them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporatestrategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation).

Your work will be varied, fast paced - no engagement is ever the same.

What your days will look like

• In Strategy&, you’ll be joining a market-leading and fast-growing team that works with businesses, private equity and venture capital investors, supporting them across the Deal cycle, from pre-deal to post-deal value creation.
• Planning initial hypotheses and analysis; formulating initial hypotheses based on previous experience, knowledge of the sector and understanding of the scope of work
• An ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
• Supporting and coaching junior team members
• Our team cover a wealth of sub-sectors including: Technology application, Infrastructure software,IT services, cybersecurity and tech-enabled businesses.
• Media - Marketing services, Mar-Tech, Online Marketplaces, Content Publishers, TV/OTT, and B2B media (info/events)
• Telecoms - fibre, towers, data centres, B2B telecoms and broader telecoms players.

This role is for you if:

• You’llhave a very structured approach to problem solving and exceptional analytical skills
• Strong client management skills, including an understanding of how to communicate with clients ofdifferent backgroundsand opinions
• Proven experience of coaching junior team members
• An ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
• Experienced in running projects on a day-to-day basis,structuringand managing the work streams and supervising delivery
• Planning initial hypotheses and analysis; formulating initial hypotheses based onpreviousexperience, knowledge of the sector and understanding of the scope of work
• As aManageryou will be experienced in delivering client projects and supporting junior members of the team
