You will shape strategic design, drive digital maturity, and ensure best practices are embedded while mentoring a team of strategists and contributing to thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach strategists within the team, fostering their professional growth and alignment with Manifesto’s transformation pillars.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership within the Strategy practice.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill team members in change management and transformation methodologies.
• Represent Manifesto as a thought leader in NFP, Membership, Visitor attractions, and commercial sectors, contributing to blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements.
