Job summary

Deblock Group is seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager to act as the engine room of the business. You will work alongside the founders and product leads to drive and evolve the Deblock vision, delivering high-impact initiatives with speed and focus.

You will build the data foundations necessary for informed decision-making, define key metrics, run analyses, and surface insights that shape strategy. You will coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations to keep multiple

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.

• Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.

What you’ll be working on

• Strategic problem-solving: Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.
• Ground-up analytics: Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions: defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy.
• Cross-functional execution: Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync.
• Workflow and systems design: Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
