Checkout.com is building Strategy & Operations in the CEO Office to help Product and Engineering deliver the right work, at pace with fewer surprises. You’ll own execution across a pillar, earn alignment, and lead cross-functional efforts from planning to launch, shaping how Checkout delivers at scale.

You’ll build deep pillar expertise, challenge dates, and guide prioritization with the product leader.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to frame ambiguous business questions, build analysis, test hypotheses and convert findings into decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional work and aligning stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own execution across the pillar and track priorities, delivery tempo and risks.
• Build deep expertise in pillar products and their value.
• Challenge product dates and trade-offs with the product leader, protecting roadmap decisions.
• Lead the pillar’s cross-functional initiatives from alignment to launch.
• Develop and manage the S&O team, establishing standards and driving performance.
