Checkout.com is seeking a hands-on manager-level operator to own high-priority cross-functional initiatives in the CEO Office. You will frame problems, align stakeholders and drive solutions end-to-end with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating delivery, stakeholders and progress towards measurable outcomes.
• Investigate complex problems, clarify the problem, develop practical solutions and durable processes.
• Contribute to organisation design, objectives and KPI setting to scale departments.
• Surface insights, decisions and risks and coordinate follow-through across teams.
• Projects may include organisational model design, international expansion strategy, scaling new business lines, strategic planning and board reporting.
