Job description

Tilt

Our mission is to make fashion accessible to all and inspire everyone to dress a little better. We believe e-commerce is in a rut, with brands lost in a decades-long void, lacking innovation, and mindlessly redesigning websites without fixing the real issue — making shopping fun and affordable.

Today, we are the UK's biggest live shopping platform focused on making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone level up their style. We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping.

Your Mission ????

Join our high-performing Strategy & Operations team to help scale Tilt Studios and broader business operations from 1 → 100.

You’ll partner with leadership and creatives to solve complex operational challenges, build data-informed systems, and drive scalable growth. You’ll work closely with the founders, owning problems across strategy, analytics, and execution — with an eye on fashion, creativity, and speed.

In your first month, you’ll identify operational inefficiencies, build new workflows, and analyze data across disparate sources to guide decisions. If you’re a founder-type thinker who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and loves being at the heart of the action, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

0–3 months

  • Audit Tilt Studios workflows and pinpoint bottlenecks in creative execution

  • Build and implement tools (think Airtable, Notion, dashboards) to improve clarity, speed, and tracking

  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative signals to help us decide what to scale

  • Run light experimentation — spot a problem, test a fix, share results

  • Synthesise data from multiple sources (e.g. Airtable, GA, Shopify, TikTok, Airtime performance) into usable insights

  • Work cross-functionally with creatives, product, data and marketing

3+ months

  • Build scalable systems and rituals to drive day-to-day efficiency

  • Lead special projects — from fixing internal ops to launching new formats

  • Own live dashboards, team ops, and reporting for Tilt Studios

  • Partner with Founders, Growth Lead and Studio Ops on strategic initiatives

  • Find and execute new levers for revenue or reach

Who You Are
  • 2+ years in Strategy, BizOps, Growth, or Generalist roles at high-velocity startups, consulting firms or banking

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and blending multiple data sources

  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, write SQL, and clean up a messy studio after a long day's work

  • Founder energy — you’ve built something (startup, side hustle, or team) and know how to figure stuff out fast

  • Excellent communicator — can simplify complex ideas and collaborate across teams

  • Big picture thinker who also loves fixing small broken things

  • Interest in fashion, creative industries, or culture — intuitive sense of what good looks like

Compensation

£45K - £60K + Stock Options

Perks & Benefits
  • 29 days PTO in addition to UK Bank Holidays

  • Opportunity to work from abroad for up to 30 consecutive days a year

  • Gym membership

  • MacBook and £500 office budget

  • Matched pension contributions

  • 3 days a week in the office inc Monday and Thursday

  • Free dinner for late workers, free lunch on Tuesdays
