The Role:

You will be working as an integral part of the Transformation team to increase business intelligence through use of data to drive growth. The role will be project focused, taking on strategic development initiatives, leading them through to successful execution. You will get full ownership of our CRM system HubSpot, improve our current systems and processes as well as support with daily requests.

The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; as well as excellent people skills to communicate changes. In addition, it is expected that the candidate can work independently and proactively. The right candidate will be able to develop in this role and with time take on business wide projects not relating to HubSpot.

In this role you will:

  • Take full ownership of how we use HubSpot as our CRM-system – and how we can use it better to propel the business forward.
  • Identify improvements in the way we use HubSpot, scope out projects to resolve them, and deliver solutions.
  • Support our Transformation Lead on larger transformation projects (data analysis, business proposals, execution etc).
  • Help identify conversion improvements and optimise our funnel across all departments.
  • Generate additional revenue by consistently and methodically improve our current processes and drive new transformation projects.
  • A strong problem solving mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic, high sense of proactivity, and can-do attitude.
  • Experience with data manipulation tools such as MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or R (or willing to learn this).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think in terms of solutions and improvements.
  • You will be proactive, take ownership, and act with urgency.

Desirable Skills:

  • A desire to learn and grow while being constantly challenged.
  • Experience working in and developing a CRM is a clear advantage.

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 +25% annual bonus
