We are developing new methods to understand and optimize our content portfolio across various markets.

Key job responsibilities
  • This role is part of the EU Regional Programming Strategy team, collaborating with Global and local programming teams, Finance, and Marketing to analyze our content portfolio and support programming strategy and performance mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical skills, a passion for content, and effective cross-functional collaboration within Programming Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Content teams are essential.
A day in the life
  • Developing innovative ways to understand and optimize our content portfolio for diverse markets.
  • Conducting analyses to support EU programming decisions on global content.
  • Managing portfolio programming strategy across the content lifecycle, working with Originals and Licensing teams to align with audience and content needs over five years.
  • Scaling and adapting tools like audience targeting models and portfolio optimization developed centrally for local markets.
  • Representing Regional Programming in operational planning cycles with Finance.
About the team

The team manages the portfolio and scheduling of original and licensed content to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They focus on building a content strategy aligned with EU audience priorities, identifying gaps, and planning pipelines over a three-year horizon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in business, finance, programming, or related fields
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis and modeling
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A passion for content, brands, digital media, and digital video; media/entertainment experience is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate, build trust, and work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing ability, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to understand and discuss creative, business, and technical concepts and evaluate new ideas
